Churchman & Co. Law Office (formerly Elke Churchman Law Office) is a small family-owned and run general practice firm operating in Saskatoon and Watrous, Saskatchewan. We offer a variety of services and pride ourselves on providing quality and affordable legal expertise. One of our primary goals is to make our clients feel heard and to include them as a vital part of the process. We strive to fully understand the needs of our clients in order to create a unique and efficient strategy to meet those needs. Hallmark to our provision of legal services is taking the time to ensure our clients are informed of the process and providing honest advice.
Churchman & Co. Law Office was established in 2012 in Saskatoon by lawyer, Elke Churchman. After a long career practicing in large firms, working from home, and working as in house counsel for the Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety Commission, she decided to start her own firm.
We are pleased to announce that, as of 2024, Churchman & Co. Law Office has assumed lawyer Ben Mah's practice in Saskatoon and Watrous following his retirement after a long and successful legal career. We wish Ben Mah a happy retirement and warmly welcome his previous and current clients to our firm. As our office family continues to grow and change, we remain committed to serving our clients with professionalism and integrity.
